- README rewritten in english (mint-mcp gold standard structure)
- MIT LICENSE added (was missing)
- .gitignore extended (.env block, IDE, OS, dist, claude local)
- .forgejo/workflows/ci.yml: PSScriptAnalyzer + syntax check + release-on-tag
- .forgejo/issue_template/ for bugs and features
